Looking for a roomate for 2 bedroom

I’m a 2nd-year Concordia student looking for a roommate (ages 18-23) to share a spacious, fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment in downtown Montreal.

Starting April

The available room won’t be furnished, as my current roommate is moving out with her stuff.

The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from Concordia University and close to the metro, it has a dishwasher and balcony in one of the rooms.

Hydro-Quebec is not included.
