Room for Rent (june 1st) Hochelaga/Montreal

Hii, my roommate and I are looking for a third roommate in our 5 ½ apartment located in Hochelaga, Montreal. It’s conveniently located next to Prefontaine metro as well as the 29 and 85 bus routes, which are right around the corner to us. We’re close to Ontario Street which gives you access to cute local cafes, bookstores, thrift-shops, as well as grocery stores and pharmacies as well. We’re also about 10 mins by metro from BERRI-UQAM The room is fully furnished with a queen-sized bed (mattress and bedframe), night-table and some shelving. The room also comes with a storage closet. The rent is 730 per month, and this includes utilities (hydro, wifi, etc). We’re both students in our 20s. Elo is studying history, and I am studying religious studies. and we have a very cute tuxedo cat named Charlie. Unfortunately, Charlie is a bit of an anxious girly so we can’t allow other pets.
