Looking for a 4th roommate

Hi, my roommates and I are looking for a 4th roommate to our apartment from September 2024-2025. We are 2 girls and 1 guy, all entering our final year at Concordia. We are looking for someone friendly and tidy/willing to share household chores!

Rent is $881 wifi and utilities included, with a washer dryer in the basement. The apartment is located near metro Guy-Concordia (5 min walk) and Georges-Vanier (7 min walk), and a less than 10 min walk to Concordia.
