Looking for Roommate - 4 ½ in Saint-Henri

Hi, I’m Sam, I’m a 24 year old History student I’m looking for a new roommate. I am looking for students who are relatively close to me in age. The apt I have is in an awesome neighbourhood, it’s an 8 min walk to Place St. Henri Metro, close to the canal, Notre Dame Street etc… Not far (~25 mins) from SGW campus. The apartment will be furnished aside from your bedroom. I am looking for someone easy-going, friendly, and responsible who, like me, wants a balance between being social (hanging out, having friends over..) and having quiet time to study etc…The apt is a great deal considering the size/price/neighbourhood.

Im not the landlord, the rent is $1020/ m total so $510 each. Occupancy can be one year or 9 months with possibility of renewal. Electricity and wifi not included (both together come out to ~$950/yr divided between us). I’m late in posting this, move in date is not fixed, as soon as I find someone I get along with and clean up a bit you can move in.
