Roommate needed

Hi, we will have a room available on July 1st 2025 in our apartment. -The apartment is situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood, 8 minutes walking to Metro Monk (green line), all the amenities are within walking distance. It takes about 20-25 minutes for you to reach Concordia downtown campus or 30 minutes to McGill. -In the unit we have a big all equipped kitchen, two bathrooms (one each on first floor and in the basement), a laundry room and a living room. We also have a sunny terrace and a backyard with garden boxes. -All the current utilities are included in the rent. -The room is in the basement with a window. The room has a decent size, equipped with a bed frame, a desk, a chair, a dresser, a shelf and of course, a closet. -Please be noted it is a no drug, no party and pet-free environment.
