Hello, I have a large furnished bedroom for rent on the upper floor of a duplex. Apartment has a decent sized kitchen, a small back balcony, living room with couches and TV, and washer + dryer in storage room. Duplex is 2 minute walk from Jolicoeur metro in Ville-Emard, and across the street from a park, football field, and tennis courts. Looking for a clean, responsible, sensible roommate that doesn’t mind a beer or bbq from time to time. Rent is $825 including internet + electricity/hydro.
